This is a tremendous new value White Burgundy find! Chateau de Beauregard has been owned by the Burrier family for 6 generations and is regarded as one of the major properties in the South of Burgundy within the Maconnais & Beaujolais regions. Aged mostly in stainless steel, this Saint-Veran White Burgundy evokes a freshness with citrus and peach and a touch of honey along with great structure and balance and a hint of grapefruit on the finish. This would be considered a very clean fresh non-oaky White Burgundy that pairs perfectly with scallops, grilled fishes, pork or veal sausages, and of course goat cheese which the Maconnais region is famous for.
