Château Magneau is an ancient property that has been run by the Ardurat family since before the reign of Henri IV. Whoa! This delicate yet expressive wine bursts out of the glass with a lovely pale lemon-gold color and classic Graves blanc aromas of beeswax, basil and quinine. It’s crisp and super refreshing on the palate, with a hint of energetic lime and grapefruit accented by notes of ginger and freshly cut grass. Enjoy with freshwater fish dishes, oysters on the half shell, and mussels.
