The “Petit Chapeau” as you know it is fini, but here’s the exact same wine with a different label. It was produced for a large restaurant group, but we managed to snag some for you. If you’re not familiar with this wine already, you’re in for a treat. Light, bright, and fresh, it shows a little roundness, yellow apple, honey, toast, and butterscotch within a refreshing, high-acid framework. It will pair well with bay scallops and fettuccine, grilled chicken Caesar salad, and filet of sole with chives and pine nuts.
