Red wines from the Rhone get all the fame, however the white grapes grown there are delicious too! Sourced from a single, south-facing vineyard, the Colline Blanc (or White Hill) is aptly named. From its finely fragrant nose, it slopes into your mouth with flavors of lemon, peach, and white flowers. Completely dry, and fermented in all stainless steel, this wine is fabulously fresh while offering ample weight on the palate. Great as an aperitif, with a quinoa or niçoise salad, or white meats.
