NOTES: Located directly on the Mediterranean, le Galantin is truly something special. A small, 30-hectare winery of terraced vineyards, Céline Pascale took the helm 20 years ago—running the winery founded by her father. Hand-harvested from clay/limestone soil, this is a rosé sure to elevate any sunny soirée. Delightful with notes of peach, nectarine, and grapefruit, the palate is dry showing excellent structure and complexity, and a crisp, satisfying finish. Great with grilled fish or any light pasta.
