From the high-high hills of Salta, the three Molina brothers are making wines that are elegant and yet very approachable. Harvested from 40 year-old vines and aged in concrete and stainless steel, this wine has a deep but fresh red-fruit aroma mixed with a hint of minty herbs. The mouth-feel is round and ample, but certainly not overwhelming. It’s easy-going and enjoyable…like a laid-back evening with friends or a quiet dinner at home. Have it with red meat with sautéed green peppers or a touch of rosemary.
