Since 1932, the Pezzuoli family has been making Lambrusco outside of Modena (that’s four generations!). Using Grasparossa, the most elegant and delicious of the types of Lambrusco grape, and the fertile, mineral-rich soil in which it grows, the wine here is full and fruity with noticeable tannins even for a sparkling wine. Yummy on its own, it’s also good with all types of antipasti (prosciutto, mozzarella, mortadella, and fennel-sausages) and pizza!
