Giorgio Rivetti is everywhere! Famous for his bigger-style Piedmont reds, he has now moved into Tuscany and created this lighter—dare we say, French—influenced style of wine. Made mostly of Sangiovese from vineyards located at over 2,600 feet in the high hills outside of Florence, this rhino-rosato is bursting with beautiful red berries and succulent citrus. It has the elegance and grace of a Provence rosé, but the structure of an Italian red! Nice with a niçoise salad or terrific with steak tartare!
