Comprised entirely of the grape Aidani Mavro (a variety indigenous to the island of Paros), this wine SHOUTS spring and summer…in that delightful Nia Vardalous-sort-of-way. The grapes come from a single vineyard in the Ysterni region at the northern end of the island. With only four hours of skin contact, this rosé is completely dry with wonderful flavors of strawberry and red cherry, and refreshing finish. Sublime with a summer stir-fry, or simply solo. Opa!
