Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand has a character all of its own—so different (yet delicious!) when compared to its Loire Valley iteration. Pink grapefruit and gooseberries make this wine fresh on the nose, and zesty lemon keeps it vibrant on the palate. Completely dry, the fruit is expressive and light—just as a New Zealand “Savvy-Bee” should be! Excellent with crisp salads and sushi, but just as good as well on its own!
Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
Region: Marlborough, New Zealand
