Nestled directly between Corbieres and La Clape and only about 8 miles north of the southern French coast, this tiny appellation (only about a mile wide) basks in the same Mediterranean climate as its two more famous neighbors. From its deep-ruby color and its handsome nose of dark red fruit and baking spice, this wine has a delicious mouth feel filled with rich flavor and balanced tannins. Yummy and versatile with all manner of meals including pork chops, tofu, a hamburger—or simply on its own!
