  • In France, wine made using the traditional method, but outside of Champagne, is called Crémant.  And the best Crémant always comes from Alsace (Perhaps it’s the similarly cool climate and late-ripening grapes.) Here, a woman winemaker is blending two native varieties to make a delicious wine.  With its fresh, clean nose, and a palate of light citrus and apple, this wine clearly was made with care, and it aims to please!  Enjoy with friends as an aperitif, or with some fresh shellfish!
