Founded in 1898 with only four hectares of vines, Domaine Dubois has grown and evolved over the years in really wonderful ways. Now with a range of 19 appellations and 24 hectares, the head winemaker is Beatrice Dubois (the fourth generation of the family on the estate). All hand harvested, this wine is delicious and delicate with bright strawberry, beautiful brioche, and a whipped airy-ness of malolactic fermentation offering a sublime and silky finish. It’s lovely on its own (with a slight chill) or with lightly roasted pork or poultry.
