Located near the great “Schlossgut” castle, the Diel family has owned these vineyards and made wine since 1802. Currently under the capable and elegant winemaking hand of Caroline Diel, each cuvée is consistent with excellent quality and value. Substantial and delicious—though certainly not heavy—this rosé has a nose radiant with red strawberry and fragrant florals. Its palate is sublime with refreshing minerality and a hint of red cherry. If you like Pinot Noir, and you like Rosé, you’ll LOVE the Diel!
