• Schramsberg “Mirabelle” Brut ORGANIC

  • The history of Schramsberg and its place in American culture is unique.  Founded it 1862, it was the first hillside winery in Napa, R. L. Stevenson wrote Silverado Squatters while honeymooning on the estate, and every American President has served it at state dinners since Nixon used it to “Toast to Peace” in China.  Comprised mostly of chardonnay, the notes crisp green apple and citrus fruits are hard to deny—yet from its golden color and slightly sumptuous nose, you know there’s some delicious pinot noir involved here as well.  Perfect with oysters, cheeses, and any celebration!
